Blood in the Badlands

Post by poi » Sun Dec 18, 2011 11:18 pm

There will be more detail here, once we know it.

Don't worry 40k fans, you'll get a campaign too, closer to the 6th ed launch.

count me in...I think I'll use my Wood Elves.

Are we playing straight out of the book? or is the intention to customise a little based on number of players and/or whimsy?

I am assuming will be based on the lastest "Blood in the Badlands" campaign book, which is also based on the Mighty Empires system. Big game battles with opportunity for alliances, etc...

We don't have the book yet, the club that is, so I don't think we(the committee) have seen the book more than when you and Les brought it to the club. So for now if we go with the idea that straight out of the book, and when I get the book delivered we can see what we can change once the new year starts.

Robin Sans Le Courage can probably be heavily bribed to ride out depending on the risk of death/personal injury

Fantasy? Chance of losing multiple games AND a campaign? Sounds like Waagh (insert random orc/goblin name here) may have to show everyone just why the Badlands are an orc and goblin domain!

... I can bring the book down t' club tonight if people wish to look at it

Don't get too excited. Siege is just one part of Blood in the Badlands. You won't be playing sieges every week.
