Mr Stay Puft is now complete, although I don't think I'll ever attempt a paint job on a soft plastic toy that had to have Biro, marker pen and Tippex paint job again! It was dreadful to strip, the sticky Dettol/Tippex/marker residue never truly came off ( 2 coats of gloss varnish dealt with it in the end!). Combine this with the fact that it was one of two models I used to try out airbrushing and its been a difficult paint job. I'm happy with the end result though, it might be a little smaller than the original one appeared in the film but it's about the right size for a gaming piece...

Rear (with and without flash):
Venkman goes all Gandalf on him:
The other model I tried various airbrushing techniques on was a Crooked Dice Transit, we have salt wash, weathering powders and other bits done. I'm happy with it. I've tried to give the impression of a van that's been worked hard

..I may have to make some number plates though and attach them.
